Where we work: Laredo and the surrounding area

One number covers the whole city and the roads around it. Tell us where you are, in whatever terms you know, a cross street, a landmark, an exit, or a pin drop, and dispatch takes it from there.

Call (956) 654-3451 If you can describe where you are, we can get to you

Coverage across the city

North Laredo. Del Mar, San Isidro, the shopping strips along Loop 20, the neighborhoods around United High School and Alexander.

Central and downtown. The historic core near the bridges, Laredo College, the courthouse district, and the busy blocks around San Bernardo Avenue's dealerships and shops.

South Laredo. The neighborhoods along US-83 south, the Cielito Lindo area, and out to the city limits.

Mines Road and the warehouse district. The industrial corridor along FM 1472 toward the World Trade Bridge, where a broken-down pickup blocks real money by the hour.

East side. The neighborhoods along US-59 and Highway 359, and the growing areas past Loop 20.

TAMIU area. The university district and the surrounding new development in northeast Laredo.

Highways we run

  • I-35, from the bridges north past the Border Patrol checkpoint, the busiest truck corridor in the country.
  • Loop 20 / Bob Bullock, around the east side of the city and out to the airport.
  • US-59 east toward Freer, and Highway 359 toward Aguilares.
  • US-83 south toward Zapata, along the river.
  • FM 1472 / Mines Road northwest along the industrial corridor.

Broken down between cities? Call anyway. Highway calls outside the immediate area get a straight yes or no plus a quote, and if another provider is genuinely closer we say so.

Nearby towns

We cover Rio Bravo and El Cenizo south of the city as part of the normal service area. For ranches and small communities beyond that, describe where you are and we will tell you on the call whether we can get a truck there and what it costs.

One boundary is firm: we work the US side only. We do not tow into or out of Mexico, and a vehicle stuck on a bridge or in the port of entry queue is under federal jurisdiction that no private tow truck can enter. Cross-border logistics run through the City of Laredo and CBP, not a dispatch line.

Landmarks our drivers know cold

When you do not know the street name, a landmark works: Mall del Norte, the Sames Auto Arena, the outlet shops by the river, TAMIU, Laredo College, the airport on Bob Bullock, Doctors Hospital, Laredo Medical Center, or any of the bridges. Dispatch turns a landmark plus a direction into a truck heading the right way while you are still on the phone.

Common questions

Do you serve the colonias and areas outside the city limits?

Mostly yes, within reason. Describe where you are and the answer plus the price comes on the same call.

Can you meet me at an exit number on I-35?

Yes. Exit numbers, mile markers, and pin drops are the fastest ways to get help moving on the highway.

Do you go into Mexico?

No. US side only, always. If your vehicle trouble is on the other side of the bridge, we cannot help, and anyone who says they can is worth being suspicious of.

Which parts of town are fastest for you?

It varies hour to hour with where trucks already are. That is why dispatch gives you a live time estimate instead of a slogan.
